Thank you for taking services from Digital India Insight. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the services provided by us, please contact us. We will find the most convenient way to resolve the issue — from offering you a refund to providing future services at no extra cost.

Not Satisfied with Our Service?

If you are not satisfied with the service of Digital India Insight, we request you to contact us through our contact page. We would like to have a chance to find out what was missing from your expectations. Our support staff will then consider your comments and make sure that it is forwarded to the right Agent with an immediate response. Although we are going to make every effort in helping, it is worth noting that not all delays can be avoided as we would not be in control of third-party problems or even lack of information. We do thank you and we will give attention to your concerns.

Refund Availability and Processing

Digital India Insight provides refunds to ensure customer satisfaction when our services do not meet the agreed expectations. We recognize that a refund might be justifiable in different conditions and we will endeavor to handle such cases on fair and open terms.

Within 30 days after the date of your payment, you can demand a refund. The refund requests are to be made in a written form and your full details along with your order info, payment reference and basis of the refund should be mailed to our official mail id. We are convinced that we can answer you within 48 hours and inform you with a definite decision on your request and further course of actions.

Service Delivery and Refund Eligibility

Digital India Insight considers its primary service obligation fulfilled when we have completed the agreed scope of work according to the specifications outlined in your service agreement. Nevertheless, we understand that client satisfaction must go beyond completion and we also keep an open mind to raise valid issues that may emanate concerning quality or delivery of services.

In some cases refunds can be made where there has been a manifest failure on our part to perform services which were agreed, where there has been extensive delay in service provision due to our own internal arrangements, or where we have failed to fulfil our written obligations. The amount to be refunded will be computed using ratio of the services not offered or services that failed to offer the stipulated requirements.

Processing Charges and Administrative Costs

Please understand that in order to refund the money there are administrative costs incurred, and third party payment gateway fees which are deducted off the top of our service fee before it gets to us. Approved refunds will, to meet these unavoidable expenses, incur a processing charge which will be 15% of the transaction amount. This fee is associated with the payment gateway fee, administrative processing, and other costs that are irrecoverable.

It will take a 7-10 business days after the approval of refund to see the remaining balance into your original method of payment. When we have started making the refund you will receive a confirmation that the refund has been issued.

Any personal and payment data used when getting a refund are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Digital India Insight operates in an environment where various external factors can impact service delivery timelines and outcomes. Delays or any other issue during the delivery caused due to governmental services, third-party offering services, shift in regulations, website or platform technical difficulties and unfinished information that were provided by the customer.

Certain services merely require some government departmental or regulatory approvals, with a processing time outside our control. We will act as your advocates to pursue this on your behalf, but cannot specify any particular results or timing of any third party approvals.

Client Responsibilities and Information Accuracy

Proper and complete information provided by clients determines the quality of service. Digital India Insight will not be responsible for delays, additional costs, or unfavorable outcomes caused by incomplete, incorrect, or misleading client information. When this is the case we can offer to correct the service at an extra cost, but we will not be able to make the refund.

Clients should act quickly in response to demands of providing more information or documentation necessary in effecting services. Refund requests cannot be made due to delays arise because of non-response or lack of cooperation by clients.

Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

Digital India Insight shall not be liable for service delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, regulatory changes, or technical failures. We will do our best to restore services as soon as possible, yet such cases do not presuppose refund claims.

Alternative Resolutions

Before processing refund requests, Digital India Insight explores alternative solutions to address your concerns. This may involve changes in service, free follow-up consultations, trade-in to future services or any other agreement that compensates the customer at a level, which will satisfy both parties and at the same time will not put you out of business. We suppose that it is usually good to have open communication and see more positive results in all situations.
