We serve as your business services provider, which enables all the needful arrangements with the government and regulating authorities.
Service Delivery: We offer end-to-end business services that provide document preparation, application filing, liaison with governments, compliance tracking, and continuous business assistance. All registered services go through the entire initiation-to-completion procedure through our team.
Third-Party Dependencies: Registration procedures in businesses and also compliance are carried out by government agencies, regulatory institutes and even authorized bodies. Currently, we are dealing with and handling the processes on your behalf, however, we have no influence over the speed at which the government processes your cases or changes in policy, or official rulings. The inabilities of our services are not caused by the delays or demands of the authorities of the government
Results and Outcomes: While we maintain high success rates and professional standards in service delivery, we cannot guarantee specific timelines for government approvals, favorable outcomes from regulatory authorities, or results that depend entirely on government discretion. Our commitment is to provide professional service delivery and follow up until completion.

Digital India Insight shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions.
During force majeure events, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions and communicate with affected users about service restoration timelines.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Confidentiality Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital India Insight regarding your use of our services.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a continuing waiver or waiver of any other provision.
